Job summary

ManpowerGroup in North Kingstown, RI seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Portable division’s sales operations. You will process orders, manage quotes, and coordinate order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

You will work with sales, service, finance and operations teams, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Excel tools to improve processes and customer satisfaction; a proactive, organized mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Previous administrative or sales support experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and manage sales orders, opportunities, and contract updates in Salesforce.
• Support quoting and configuration activities using Salesforce CPQ and Excel-based tools.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and deliver order confirmations to customers.
• Manage the team inbox, customer cases, and internal requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
• Partner with sales, service, finance, and operations teams to support transactions and resolve issues.
