Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Novi, MI is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support sales operations through order processing, customer communication, CRM administration, and cross-functional coordination.

The role is on-site in Novi, MI, with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule and a pay range of $31–$33 per hour. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or related role.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and support order entry activities.
• Track orders and coordinate updates through fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, training schedules, and service requests.
• Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related business documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management activities.
• Route leads and assist with sales workflow coordination.
• Generate reports and support sales process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests.
• Assist with quote revisions and general sales administration
