Job summary

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator in Rocky Hill, CT. This role supports the sales team with administrative tasks, order management, and coordination with back office functions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (E-Automate) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaison between sales teams and back office teams.
• Ensures clean order packets are submitted.
• Generates orders and paperwork for equipment pickup/relocation at customer sites.
• Obtains buyouts and credit approvals as requested by sales team.
• Communicates with Order Processors about status of open sales orders.
• Assists with open house events and product shows.
• Other duties as assigned.
