Qualifications

• Typing speed of 45 WPM by touch.
• Must be able to perform 10-key by touch.
• Cash handling and basic cashier duties.
• Greet customers within 20 seconds of arrival.
• Maintain courteous phone manners.
• Operate standard office equipment.
• Accurate data entry and filing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck paperwork for arrivals or transfers.
• Issue delivery receipts, dealer plates, and copy files for new locations.
• Check in driver expenses and post to truck files daily.
• Renew licenses for company vehicles monthly and update vehicle records.
• Assist in typing correspondences, quotes and other typing for the general manager, sales representative, or other personnel.
• Create copies for truck files and other projects.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with customers; greet walk-ins within 20 seconds.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
• Perform cashier duties: receive funds, attach checks to invoices, and process credit card transactions.
