Job summary

Paycom in the United States seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Truck Sales Department with administrative and operational tasks. You will ensure accurate sales documentation, maintain vehicle inventories, and coordinate communication between departments, customers, and external partners.

Responsibilities include processing warranties, uploading photos in Arcadium, coordinating deliveries and invoicing, and generating daily sales reports while maintaining records for floorplan and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Truck Sales Department.
• Maintain Heavy and Medium Duty inventory.
• Process warranty-related paperwork, including used truck aftermarket warranties.
• Maintain truck sales inventory in Arcadium, including uploading photos.
• Coordinate and schedule drivers for transportation of truck sales units.
• Prepare all required documents prior to delivery of new or used vehicles, including bill of sale, sales tax, title documents, and warranties.
• Prepare vehicle sales invoices and payoff requests for trade-in units.
• Generate daily truck sales reports and weekly reports.
