Job summary

OUTFRONT Media in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in meeting revenue goals. You will coordinate contracts, client communications, and reporting, ensuring accurate processing from initial order to installation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales advertising, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional work experience in sales advertising.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain positive relationships with Account Executives and internal/external clients.
• Provide excellent customer service with follow-up on requests for the AE.
• Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, forms, posting instructions, reports, credits and related paperwork.
• Coordinate and track production activities and provide completion reports upon installation.
• Develop understanding of CMS/IMS to create proposals, contracts, and maps for Account Executives.
• Support and embody the sales philosophy of OUTFRONT Media.
• Act with diplomacy as a representative of the Sales Department.
• Perform other related duties as required.
