Job summary

OUTFRONT is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support pre- and post-sale activities, partnering with General Managers and the Sales team to ensure timely delivery of the sales process. You will need strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, media plans, contract administration, and facilitating collaboration between account teams, inventory, and operations while maintaining service quality and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Course of study in Marketing or Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and Sales team on client relations including proposal completion, media plans, and customer service.
• Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and market expertise.
• Administer the contract process from creation to execution for direct clients or agencies.
• Facilitate daily communication between account teams, creative, and inventory managers to fulfill client requests.
• Manage internal Proof of Performance and liaise with Operations to ensure quality in photos.
• Assist the team with reporting and training as a Telmar specialist.
• Liaise with sales, billing and collections to assist with billing processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Think creatively while juggling several projects at once.
