Job summary

W4 Performance Ad Network in Los Angeles is seeking a professional and organized Sales Coordinator to join our West LA office. This support role helps our rockstar sales team by streamlining activities and ensuring sales processes run smoothly, with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding client base.

Responsibilities include contacting clients for requests, coordinating with Finance and AdOps, generating Excel reports, and assisting the Sales Director with pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a coordinator in a sales capacity, preferably in media or advertising.
• Some experience with online advertising & analytics a plus.
• Experience working in Excel and analyzing business data.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients for requests, tracking issues, billing reports, and any other needed information
• Interface with Finance, advertisers and the AdOps team to facilitate IO, credit application, asset collection, and campaign set up
• Generate Excel reports to analyze and monitor advertiser accounts
• Assist the Sales Director with pipeline management
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes
• Any additional work associated with the management of assigned accounts
