Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with a range of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, filing contracts, and assisting with contracts and quotes.

The role involves preparing quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses; managing quote documentation; maintaining demo tools; and coordinating billing with the sales team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepares quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
• Maintains all quote documentation and the WIP with accurate pricing and configurations for all Account Managers.
• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Coordinates job billing with the sales team.
• Enters jobs into the system and assists with ordering equipment for said jobs.
• Confirms the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notifies appropriate personnel of arrival.
• Files and maintains documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelines.
• Attends sales meetings and reports job progress to sales and leadership teams.
• Assists with Accounts Receivable such as explaining items owed and contacting customers for payment.
