Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and provide administrative support to project management.
• Assist with change orders, shop drawing acquisition and review, and material tracking.
• Coordinate turnover meetings from estimating to operations and assist with documentation.
• Process notices to owner, COIs, bid bonds and performance, labor & material bonds as needed.
• Maintain project filing system on server and assist with onboarding and training.
