Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Sales Operations Associate II to support a growing sales team and maintain strong customer, supplier, and internal relationships. You will respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information and help manage quotes and transitions for global OEM accounts.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home) and benefits, with a compensation range of $30.29–$37.02 per hour.

Formación

• 4-year degree and 1+ years' experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service orientation and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as link between sales team and other counterparts, potentially joining customer and supplier visits.
• Research potential customers, supplier activities, and schedule costs with local team.
• Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plans and guide Arrow teams.
• Identify pipeline for Global OEM customers for incremental business beyond design transfers.
• Drive transfer quoting and coordinate related activities.
• Provide ongoing training to Arrow teams on global transfer processes.
• Develop strategies for smooth transitions and follow up on implementations.
• May manage customer quotes activities aligned with strategies and order management.
