Job summary

Arrow Electronics in McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Operations Associate II to support a growing sales team. You will act as a liaison between sales, customers, suppliers and internal teams, delivering timely, accurate responses and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will help identify opportunities, develop plans, coordinate quotes, and support global OEM transfers. A 4-year degree and 1+ year professional experience are preferred; a hybrid schedule includes two days in the

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the sales team and counterparts, joining customer and supplier visits when needed.
• Research and disseminate information on potential customers and supplier activities.
• Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plans, and provide direction to Arrow teams.
• Identify pipeline opportunities with Global OEM customers for incremental business.
• Focus on developing 2-3 identified Global OEM customers.
• Coordinate transfer quoting and drive strategies for smooth transitions.
• Provide ongoing training for Arrow teams on global transfer processes.
• Support customer quotes activities aligned with strategies and order management.
• Ensure compliance with federal government contractual requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts and may need to join customer and supplier visits.
• Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier related activities, cost and schedule of designated project with local team.
• Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plan and provide direction to Arrow team.
• Identify pipeline potential strategic Global OEM customers (suppliers) for incremental business beyond design transfers.
• Focus on developing 2-3 identified Global OEM customers.
• Create and drive strategy for the transfer of associated materials and liabilities.
• Drive and coordinate transfer quoting.
• On-going training for Arrow teams on how to manage global transfer.
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up strategies for smooth transitions.
• May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specificstrategies, quoting processes, and order management.
• Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens

Work Arrangement

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 2 days in our McLean or Alpharetta office and 3 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$30.29 - $37.02

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
