TEKsystems in the United States (New York area) is hiring a Sales Operations Associate II to develop and deliver reporting that informs strategic decisions. You’ll work with compensation programs and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting leaders across the field.

You will audit and maintain recurring reports, coordinate with leadership and analysts, and respond to inquiries about compensation, salaries, and bonuses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and provide reporting to support business decision making and track performance against goals.
• Remain knowledgeable of key processes, initiatives and resources to support leadership.
• Coordinate recurring reports with leadership and analyst teams to highlight and audit initiatives.
• Perform audits and validate financial information such as minimum salary, commissions and incentives updates.
• Assist with tracking producer contest goals and resolve outstanding items for compliance.
• Assist in letter creation for Account Managers and respond to compensation program inquiries.
• First level review and letter creation of promotions and territory changes for Talent Services and Global Services.
