Job Summary and Overview:
The Sales Operations Associate II role develops and delivers reporting that supports business decision-making and evaluates the performance of business initiatives. In this role, you will maintain a working knowledge of key processes, initiatives, and internal resources aligned with Sales Compensation. You will coordinate ongoing reporting that highlights and audits strategic initiatives, perform audits, and validate financial and compensation‑related information to ensure compliance. The role also provides operational support through letter management and by responding to inquiries related to compensation programs.
