Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for our Mexico Sales organization. This role is remote for candidates in Mexico, with no relocation support.

You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to design, build, and scale critical business capabilities for our sales organization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA optional.
• Advanced in Excel and Salesforce; proficient with sales tech stack.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership across Mexico's segments to optimize the sales motion and processes.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve outcomes, including tooling enhancements and analytics-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics to uncover inefficiencies and risks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to enhance automation and end-user communications.
• Own annual account carve process for Mexico, including territory design and rep-level distribution.
