Job summary

Samsara seeks a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to drive enablement in the Americas. You will work with sales leaders and customer-facing teams to accelerate skill development and adoption of global enablement programs.

Fluency in English and Spanish, 10+ years in sales/enablement, and SaaS experience are required. This is a remote US role with travel as needed and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in field enablement, sales training, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Background in SaaS or technology with proven impact on sales outcomes.
• Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED, ValueSelling) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field enablement initiatives across the Americas and translate global programs for local teams.
• Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, onboarding, and leadership sessions in both languages.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify priorities, gaps, and enablement needs.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and business impact; adjust programs accordingly.
