Job summary

Samsara in Mexico City (remote) is seeking an energetic Event Marketing Manager to own the planning, execution and measurement of trade shows, hosted events, customer experiences, and regional summits. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-impact programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement.

This role requires 3+ years in field/event marketing, strong project management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field/ event/ integrated marketing experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Agencies.
• Excellent project management with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own trade shows and hosted events strategy, planning and execution.
• Manage end-to-end event programs, including budgeting, promotions, and KPIs.
• Forecast budgets, measure results, and share learnings for improvement.
• Handle Salesforce lead processing and post-event reporting.
• Maintain event calendars, tools, and documentation.
• Bring energy and creative ideas to build a successful program.
• Model Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
