Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Sales Operations Manager to oversee commercial execution, pricing governance, and incentives for assigned sales teams. You will manage the lead-to-opportunity pipeline, CRM data integrity, and monthly incentive programs with finance partners.

Reporting to Sales Leadership, you will build dashboards, monitor margins, support forecasting, and drive sales enablement across digital and field channels to improve pipeline velocity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales operations, finance analytics, or sales enablement in B2B services.
• Experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Power BI/Tableau experience for pipeline forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing guidelines based on costs and market dynamics.
• Govern pricing authority matrices and approval workflows for special terms.
• Analyze margins, lifetime value, and discount impact on profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-to-opportunity workflows.
• Track sales pipeline, conversions, and forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver enablement tools and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Develop dashboards to monitor pipeline health and activity metrics.
• Oversee CRM data integrity and regular audits.
