Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant who will sell residential pest control services and products while delivering customer-focused service to protect homes and families. You will assess needs, consult with customers, and leverage expert product knowledge to close sales.

The role emphasizes collaboration with service teams, field mobility, and consistent CRM usage, with base compensation plus uncapped commissions and OT earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes, identify pest issues, and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and suggest service enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams in CRM for clear client understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide knowledge during service installations and assist with installations.
