Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize commercial execution and enablement for assigned sales teams. You will oversee pipeline governance, pricing compliance, commission administration, and analytics infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for leaders.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR to streamline processes, forecast accurately, and deliver performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; years of experience acceptable in lieu.
• 5+ years in sales operations, commercial finance, analytics, or enablement in B2B services.
• Experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and pricing governance workflows.
• Advanced spreadsheet and BI tool experience (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce selling price guidelines based on cost inputs and margins.
• Govern pricing authority matrices and approval routing for non-standard quotes.
• Conduct margin, lifetime value, and discount analyses for profitability.
• Partner with marketing and sales leaders to track lead-to-opportunity workflows across channels.
• Analyze the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and track velocity across territories.
• Deliver sales enablement tools, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Build and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards of sales performance.
• Coordinate forecasting cycles and provide data analysis to leadership.
• Manage CRM adoption, access control, and data hygiene across records.
• Calculate and administer monthly/quarterly commissions with Finance.
• Assist in quota allocation reviews and territory alignments.
