Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is recruiting a Field Sales Manager in Pennsylvania to hire, onboard, train, manage and engage a team of frontline sales colleagues in the designated area. You will collaborate between Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance, while coaching for ongoing skill development and improved sales activity.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with the support of Operations to align goals and drive performance.
• Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics as needed.
• If needed, provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory.
• Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity performance.
• Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week), as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.
