Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers.

You’ll be the face of our national brand in the local community, assessing needs and recommending pest control solutions to protect homes and families. You will collaborate with the Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities, complete home diagrams, and document activities in the CRM while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Strong customer service and communication skills — sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in field-based pest control environments.
• Ability to use a Sales CRM and adapt to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales with customers and resolve issues.
• Complete Home diagram in CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home.
• Perform daily sales activities and maintain CRM records.
