Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. The role partners with Sales, Operations, and IT to own reporting, CRM integrity, SOP governance, and workflow improvements that drive revenue.

You will design dashboards, maintain data accuracy, and automate repeatable processes using Excel and Salesforce. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related field.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience owning and managing SOPs - creating, maintaining, versioning, and communicating procedural documentation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity, CRM hygiene, and the systems that keep the revenue pipeline running smoothly.
• Process and close signed contracts in Salesforce; coordinate with Operations to communicate net-new business and upsells.
• Design and maintain sales performance dashboards delivering insights on pipeline health and revenue metrics.
• Govern the SOP repository; keep docs current, version-controlled, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into updated, clearly documented procedures and support adoption across teams.
