Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and IT to own reporting, CRM integrity, SOP governance, and automated workflows that drive revenue.

You will design, build, and maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across the sales lifecycle. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Deep understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience owning and managing SOP documentation
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros
• Familiarity with automation tools like Salesforce workflows or Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity, CRM hygiene, and systems that support the revenue pipeline.
• Process and close signed contracts in Salesforce and coordinate with Operations for handoffs.
• Design and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Manage SOP repository and communicate procedural changes to stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into clearly documented procedures.
• Identify referenceable client accounts to support sales cycles.
• Lead daily/recurring reporting with accuracy and surface risks to leadership.
• Maintain organized documentation and records for sales ops.
