Cognizant is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States. You will partner with sales, operations, and IT to own reporting, CRM integrity, SOP governance, and process improvements to drive revenue.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboard design, and scalable automation using Salesforce, Excel, and Power Automate. You will operate within a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Analytical and able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience owning and managing SOPs and cross-team documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros.

Responsibilities

• Own data integrity, CRM hygiene, and tools powering revenue.
• Process and close contracts in Salesforce; coordinate with ops for handoffs.
• Design and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
• Govern SOP repository; communicate procedural changes to stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into updated, documented procedures.
• Identify reference accounts to support active sales cycles and GTM.
• Deliver recurring reports with trend analysis and risk insights.
