Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to develop, test, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and tooling for the U.S. and Canada using Power BI, Elastic Suite, Salesforce, and SAP Web Reporting.

You will collaborate across teams, ensure data accuracy, and drive performance insights with advanced Excel (PowerPivot) and analytics. On-site role with comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), ski pass, and summer hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in a sales or sales operations environment.
Experience with Elastic Suite and Salesforce required.
Advanced Excel with PowerPivot and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain sales reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Design and optimize reporting distribution methods such as dashboards and shared platforms.
Serve as NA administrator for Elastic Suite and manage system setup and user training.
Build and maintain catalogs, order forms, and homepage in Elastic Suite for U.S. and Canada.
