Amer Sports Corporation in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to develop, test, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and tooling for the U.S. and Canada using Power BI, Elastic Suite, Salesforce, and SAP Web Reporting.

You will collaborate across teams, ensure data accuracy, and drive performance insights with advanced Excel (PowerPivot) and analytics. On-site role with comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), ski pass, and summer hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in a sales or sales operations environment.
• Experience with Elastic Suite and Salesforce required.
• Advanced Excel with PowerPivot and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain sales reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Design and optimize reporting distribution methods such as dashboards and shared platforms.
• Serve as NA administrator for Elastic Suite and manage system setup and user training.

What You'll Do

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

• Develop, test, and maintain sales reports that support performance tracking, planning, and decision-making
• Utilize and manage sales reporting tools including Analysis for Office, Sales Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and SAP Web Reporting
• Design and optimize reporting distribution methods such as dashboards, broadcasts, and shared platforms
• Serve as the North America administrator for Elastic Suite, including system setup, user training, and ongoing functionality
• Build and maintain catalogs, order forms, and homepage in Elastic Suite for the U.S. and Canada
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) to maintain customer data, track sales activity, and support sales operations
• Create tools and reports to track sales performance, targets, inventory availability marketing activity, KPIs, and market share
• Provide reporting and insights to support market share and strategic initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to support go-to-market execution and sales effectiveness
• Train sales teams and internal stakeholders on reporting, tools, and data usage
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new sales tools and processes
• Support the creation and maintenance of sales programs, order forms, and price lists
• Utilize market intelligence and pricing monitoring platforms to monitor market trends, vendor activity, and pricing compliance, including the preparation of analytical reports to support sales and pricing policies
• Manage local cost updates in SAP for the U.S. and Canada
• Lead the planning and execution of discontinued merchandise offers
• Support additional sales operations initiatives as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For

This role prefers a Bachelor’s Degree; however, a combination of education and work experience will be considered. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales environment.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or sales operations environment
• Strong business acumen with foundational financial understanding
• Experience developing advanced reporting within a complex sales organization
• Experience with Elastic Suite is required
• Experience with Salesforce is required
• Familiarity with the outdoor industry required
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage and reconcile large, complex datasets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to groups in both written and verbal formats
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and complex formulas
• Power BI experience required
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
