Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to drive data-driven decisions through advanced analytics and reporting. You will develop and automate complex Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming data for insightful business decisions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with leadership, and supporting revenue growth. Requires expertise in SQL, SSRS/SSIS, and Power BI, plus strong Excel capabilities. This is a remote position with travel capacity as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business/analytical field.
• 3+ years of report development experience using SQL.
• 3+ years in MS Reporting Services (SSRS) and SSIS.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience including report creation and data transformation.
• 5-7 years in SQL-based data queries and Excel expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate complex reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Support data modeling, data transformation, and report delivery for Sales and Partners.
• Serve as SME for sales reporting and guide junior analysts.
• Escalate and resolve reporting issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue insights.
