Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales organization with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. The role leverages Power BI, Access, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to drive actionable insights across divisions.

You will own recurring and ad-hoc reporting, ensure data quality, and help optimize sales processes. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this owner-driven, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related field.
• Hands-on experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM; Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience supporting sales orgs across divisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Access, SQL, Tableau, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales leaders.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support multiple divisions with consistent reporting and data management.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Create analytics using Power BI, Access, SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Improve sales processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality.
• Support Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud reporting.
• Document processes and train users on reporting tools.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and responsiveness.
