Job summary

Groome Industrial Service Group (GISG) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as a key reporting and data analysis resource for the Vice President of Sales and the national sales organization.

You will gather and analyze information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other internal systems to produce clear reporting, improve pipeline visibility, support forecasting, and help leadership make data-driven decisions in a growing national services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a sales organization and sales operations function.
• Strong analytical skills with multiple data sources.
• Ability to create dashboards and leadership-ready materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Wamiliar with CRM data stewardship and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring sales reports and pipeline visibility for leadership.
• Gather, clean, reconcile data from CRM and internal systems.
• Create dashboards and summaries for leadership review.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support user adoption.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and lead tracking.
• Coordinate sales meetings and cross-functional reporting materials.
