Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales coordination, planning or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP/forecasting tools (WdaP) preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs at the customer level to track business performance.
• Prepare weekly sales and OOR reports for management review.
• Categorize SKUs by strategic importance; monitor ABC changes.
• Support product launches by defining quantities and timing with teams.
• Maintain Customer Master data and product catalogs in the B2B portal.
• Develop market intelligence reports to identify trends and improvements.
