Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to accurately execute orders from receipt to billing for Mexico and select LATAM markets. You will validate orders, maintain SAP sales orders, and support returns, billing, and 3PL coordination.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP and EDI, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and IT. Bilingual Spanish/English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP SD and order-to-cash processes helps.
• Knowledge of EDI, customer portals, and e-invoicing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate orders via EDI, email, portals, or manual entry for Mexico and selected LATAM customers.
• Maintain SAP sales orders, handle changes, cancellations, and audits with complete traceability.
• Monitor and follow up on open/blocked orders through release, fulfillment, and billing.
• Provide order-status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Liverpool billing, MIGO confirmations, and counter-receipt processes.
• Troubleshoot billing blocks and assist with invoice corrections or re-billing.
• Validate master data and ensure correct setup before order release.
• Collaborate with IT/SAP, Logistics, and 3PL to resolve issues.
