Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Salt Lake City to support the Sales organization with data analysis, pricing requests, and cross-team communication.

You will update Salesforce as contracts close, create cash flows for financials, and generate reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and DOMO. The role requires strong Excel skills, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales operations experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
• Ability to generate value-added reports by synthesizing data from ERP, order processing, and CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Update Salesforce as contracts are closed to maintain data integrity.
• Create cash flows to calculate financials as necessary.
• Generate reports using Salesforce, Power BI, DOMO, and other internal systems.
• Perform detailed Excel-based reporting and analysis as requested.
• Analyze current customer pricing and assess the impact of requested changes.
• Assist Sales team members with navigating internal systems, tools, and processes, as well as any other areas they may need assistance with.
• Support pricing updates and adjustments.
• Provide operational support for fleet management functions.
