Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage accurate and timely order processing from receipt to billing across Mexico and select LATAM markets. The role involves validating POs (manual and EDI), SAP order creation, handling exceptions, returns and invoicing, and serving as the operations link between customers, Commercial, and Finance while ensuring commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, or order-to-cash environments.
• Experience with SAP and EDI-based order processing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate POs via EDI, email, portals, and manual entries for Mexico and LATAM.
• Manage open orders, approvals, and commitments to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate billing, returns, and consignment activities with AR, Logistics, and 3PL.
• Troubleshoot order issues across SAP, EDI, and master data interfaces.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly KPI reporting for order volume, aging, and billing exceptions.
