Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) seeks a Sales Ops Analyst to drive insights, automate processes, and improve reporting within the WWCO Center of Excellence.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders and operations to deliver timely support and scalable solutions using advanced analytics and automation tools. Qualifications

• 3–5 years Operations Experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A).
• Strong analytical and technical skills (critical thinking, Excel, data aggregation/review).
• Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data and streamlining processes for efficient production.
• Leverage and identify tools for effective streamlining (Power automate, Tableau, Python, copilot…).
• Document processes and outline roadmaps for automation, ensuring timeliness with deliverables.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key sales data sources and how they interact to produce meaningful reporting and identify data gaps.
