You will partner with business leaders to translate priorities into executable workstreams, define governance, and deliver measurable outcomes. • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Mural, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that support Worldwide Commercial Operations priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into executable workstreams, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives spanning multiple functions, business units, and shared service organizations.
• Establish clarity, ownership, and direction in environments where priorities, requirements, or operating models are evolving or not yet fully defined.
• Facilitate governance forums, sponsor meetings, and leadership reviews to support decision-making, accountability, and program transparency.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, and status reporting that provide meaningful insights into initiative progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and support implementation of sustainable improvements.
