Job summary
Bionic is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. You will be the vital link between customers, internal teams, and energy suppliers, ensuring that post-sale processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and with excellent service.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the journey of each contract from sale to successful processing. You will resolve queries, gather missing information, coordinate with suppliers and update internal
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support, contract administration, or sales support role.
- Familiar with contract management processes and terms (desirable).
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and energy suppliers to ensure contracts are processed correctly.
- Gather outstanding information to finalise contracts and ensure accurate submissions.
- Coordinate supplier terminations and verify information in internal systems.
- Monitor outstanding contracts and maintain accurate records; identify process improvements.
