BD is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to support price activation, LOCs, CS&M, and GPO group transitions across US business units. You will ensure accurate setup, maintain contracts, and serve as the pricing champion for internal and external inquiries.

In this role, you’ll leverage ERP systems and Power BI to track KPIs, drive process improvements, and partner with distributors, sales teams, and contracting colleagues to deliver timely, compliant contracts and optimal pricing outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills, including large datasets; experience with SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView.
• Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP, Vistex, and JDE.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage and resolve a high volume of external and internal inquiries. Leverage automation and reporting tools to respond promptly.
• Understand and support BD’s business and membership strategies for pricing eligibility and GPO/local agreements.
• Own and drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contracts related to price activation transitions.
• Manage member account additions/removals across ERP platforms using BOTs and automation.
• Prepare dealer notifications detailing contract pricing and membership changes from price activation.
• Maintain documentation of pricing exceptions in contracting playbooks and communicate time-sensitive items.
• Collaborate with distributors on contract loading, testing, and process improvements.
