Job summary

Petoskey Plastics is seeking a Sales Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Petoskey, MI. You will be the main liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping and our customers, handling order fulfillment from receipt to delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing in ERP and customer portals, supporting samples and promotions, processing orders accurately, and providing timely updates on order status while seeking continual process improvements in a

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle inbound calls and administrative requests promptly.
• Update part numbers and pricing in ERP and customer portals.
• Assist with samples and trade show promotions.
• Process sales orders accurately and fulfill according to requirements.
• Coordinate forecasts with division manager and customers.
• Implement new and updated procedures.
• Create and review internal reports (open orders, aged inventory).
• Provide timely status updates to customers and resolve issues.
• Identify continual improvement opportunities.
• Follow company policies and attend meetings.
• Track on-time delivery and work with warehouse/shipping.
• Adhere to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
