Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years in sales or sales support.
• Experience with Salesforce Lead Generation module preferred.
• Familiarity with MindTickle is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-need sales contracts, verify information for accuracy and completeness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Arrange warm lead meetings, coordinate space, materials, and catering for sales events.
• Review leads and allocate to the appropriate location sales team.
• Run and export sales reports and forward to the Sales Manager for action.
• Self-manage workload, follow SOPs, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Discuss assignments, priorities, and deadlines with management; seek guidance and coaching.
• Maintain SOPs and job aids; document processes and best practices.
