Job summary

AWC, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a sales support specialist to manage all administrative duties for the Regional Sales and Operations team and report to the Inside Sales Manager. You’ll be an integral part of our team with business impact across the region.

You’ll coordinate building maintenance, trainings, events, invoices, and budget for consumables; provide primary support for calls; assist with sales reporting and communications across staff, technology partners, and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience or equivalent in administrative or executive support level role.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to prioritize and make sound judgment.
• Observe and maintain confidentiality as necessary.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building maintenance requirements and trainings.
• Schedule internal and external events and manage vendors.
• Process invoices and monitor budget for consumables.
• Provide primary support for receiving phone calls and messages.
• Assist with sales reporting and cross-functional communications.
• Coordinate with technology partners on KPIs and with marketing on initiatives.
• Support meetings and maintain organized staff communications.
