Job summary

Peterson Cat has an immediate need for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator based in the San Leandro, CA location (or Hillsboro, OR). This role processes invoices for new, used, and rental equipment, handles post-sale claims tracking, prepares sales commissions vouchers, and manages deal packet storage and Caterpillar PINS tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of related sales support experience.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices for new, used, and rental equipment and report sales via PINS.
• Create commission vouchers and ensure timely invoicing to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Coordinators, Reps, Accounting and EMS to track invoices and pursue post-sale claims.
• Maintain proper filing, both electronic and hard copy, and stay current on department processes.
