Peterson Cat in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to manage invoicing for new, used and rental equipment and to track post-sale claims. You will collaborate with Sales Management, Coordinators, Reps, Accounting, and EMS to ensure timely invoicing, process commission vouchers, file claims, and maintain organized records.

A high school diploma and at least three years in sales support are required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years sales support experience.
• Heavy industrial environment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Process customer invoices for new, used, and rental equipment.
• Report Caterpillar machine sales via PINS and create commission vouchers.
• Ensure timely invoicing and post-sale claims processing.
• Maintain electronic/hard-copy files and assist with audits.
