Peterson Cat Power Systems has an immediate need for a Service Administrator I based at our San Leandro, CA location. You will perform administrative duties in support of the equipment service function and coordinate scheduled service activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience in business administration, with strong PC and data-entry skills. We offer a total compensation package and a drug screen and background check are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of directly related experience in business administration, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
• Excellent PC and data entry skills with knowledge of relevant software.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and maintain SWIP service metrics; close work orders per directives with Service Supervisors.
• Calculate and verify time card hours; enter time and reconcile with payroll as needed.
• Handle all electronic billing for the department.
• Maintain electronic service reports and scheduling; update online work orders as needed.
• Perform data entry for service work; open and close jobs; ensure accuracy of work orders.
