Job summary

DTC North America Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Administrator to support Sales Operations across multiple business units, guiding inquiries from quote through to order and delivery. You will prepare quotes, review purchase orders, enter approved orders and keep customers and internal teams informed.

You will work across CRM and ERP systems, maintain accurate records and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Contracts and Operations teams to resolve issues and keep orders on-track.

Qualifications

Solid experience in sales administration, sales operations, order management or related field.
Able to handle quotes and orders, maintain accurate records and communicate with customers.
Comfortable working across CRM and ERP systems and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries.
Prepare and revise customer quotes using approved pricing and templates.
Review purchase orders against quotes and resolve discrepancies before entry.
Enter approved orders into ERP systems and issue acknowledgments.
Track open orders and delivery dates, coordinating with Supply Chain and Operations.
