Five Star Tax Resolution is seeking a Sales Opener to be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking tax relief services. This in-person, full-time role engages inbound leads, qualifies prospects, builds rapport, and sets appointments for senior closers.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow in the tax resolution industry. Base pay plus uncapped commissions and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Engage prospects with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Pre-qualify leads by identifying their tax situation and determining potential fit.
• Educate prospects about our services and the benefits of working with Five Star Tax Resolution.
• Schedule appointments for closers or transfer calls when necessary.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
