Job summary

Astral Adhesives is seeking a Field Sales Execution professional to drive growth through distributor networks across the assigned territory. You will plan monthly objectives, coordinate with distributors, and ensure timely material service to meet targets.

You will also support distributors in resolving contractor and end-user queries, promote Vishwas App usage, and ensure accurate visit logging and report generation for KPI tracking.

Qualifications

Job description

Field Sales Execution

• Deriving Sales from distributor as per assigned DRCP.
• Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
• Assist distributors in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.

Process Compliance & System Integration

• Ensure to adhere DRCP strictly as planned by TSM.
• Mark attendance in system through DRCP on daily basis to validate the number of visits of Retailers, Distributors, Applicators of the assigned areas and territories.
• Ensure to convert visit into productive calls.
• Ensure to fulfill assigned outlets and distributors on daily basis to complete desired KIs

Distributors Visits & Assistance

• Assist distributors in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries
• Provide information of Vishwas App and ensure all distributors book order through Vishwas App only.
• Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the distributors through co-ordination with other stakeholders
• Evaluate the branding potential at identified counters and subsequently providing of display board and panels to maximize visibility

User Connect Visits

• Ensure to connect users directly at distributors places in order to communicate and understand their concern and give them right information about product benefits and content usages.

Special Initiatives

• Ensure to add new outlets as per framed targets to enhance productivity of the assigned areas and number of Distributors.
• Ensure to revive unproductive outlets since last 6 months and fetch business from by visiting regularly.

Receivable Collection & Follow up

• Ensure payment collections from distributors as per the set benchmarks.
• Monitor the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measure to minimize the over dues.
• Follow-up on billing and fulfillment of orders in the system.

Customer Complaints Resolution

• Understand Distributor complaints Investigate and resolve distributors level and customer level complaints within the defined timelines or upscale the same to higher authority if required.
