Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales & marketing operations, CRM management, or related field.
• 3+ years managing a team with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in AI tools to improve processes.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and sales reporting methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM systems strategy, configuration, and daily operations.
• Train and support team on CRM usage and best practices.
• Standardize sales & marketing processes and SOPs.
• Develop dashboards and reports; analyze ROI and forecasts.
• Collaborate with CRO and executives on planning and enablement.
• Oversee contract administration and deal management in HubSpot.
• Drive revenue targets through efficient sales operations.
