Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, USA, seeks a seasoned sales and marketing leader to develop and drive strategies for Plansee's High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada.

You will manage commercial aspects, educate customers on materials and capabilities, build market intelligence, collaborate with engineering and production, and maintain CRM with regular reviews of account growth, profitability, and forecasts. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business/Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years industrial sales and marketing experience in B2B
• Strong MS Office skills; SAP R/3 experience desired
• Proven leadership, organization and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures
• Ability to present information to management, customers, and prospects
• Ability to work on ITAR and export-control restricted projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for Plansee's High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada.
• Provide commercial management to customers regarding price, terms, evaluation, and delivery; educate customers on materials and capabilities.
• Create marketing intelligence by analyzing trends, studies, and opportunities; set targets for budgets.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and sales teams to devise customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain CRM with customer visits, calls, emails; provide monthly and quarterly reviews of growth and forecast.
• Travel up to 50% to grow the assigned market units.
