Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5–7 years in industrial sales and marketing in B2B environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP R/3 knowledge desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure success of Sales and Marketing strategies for PLANSEE’s High Performance Materials within the USA/Canada region.
• Provide commercial management to customers on price, terms, evaluation, and delivery; educate customers on PLANSEE materials and digital tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and sales teams to address customer needs and manage literature and account roadmaps.
• Lead strategic goals with North America managers to drive growth; manage key accounts and support negotiations.
